Motor Transport workers Act,1961 and A.P rules 1963.
REGISTRATION OF MOTOR TRANSPORT UNDERTAKINGS:-
Registration:- Every employer of an undertaking shall, within one month from the date of receipt by him of the permit from the Road Transport Authority submit to the Inspector concerned, an application in form No.1, in duplicate together with challan in proof of payment of prescribed fee, for registration of the undertaking and grant of a certificate of registration.
RENEWAL OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION: -
Every employer shall apply to the Inspector concerned for the renewal of the certificate of registration in Form No.I, in duplicate together with challan in proof of payment of prescribed fee, and such application shall be made not less than sixty days before the date on which the period of validity of the certificate of registration expires and if the application is so made, the undertaking shall be deemed to be duly registered until such date as the certificate of registration is renewed.
